Tape Proprieters is an exclusive sampler not for re-sale featuring hits such as Rae’s Live from Ne York, Beatnuts Se Acabo and the Rebel INS’ Forget me nots to drive the hype for pending albums the label was about to release onto the streets. For some reason, rappers or the industry are enamoured with skits and roleplay, so inevitably the “plot” that accompanies this tape is that bootleggers are distributing dirty goods somewhere Uptown and the Loud crew need to serve out some poetic justice on their sneaky asses. To be honest it’s a bit weak but the music is still dope.
